The web dashboard focuses on management workflows: store overview, staff, closing history, event setup, and Coumates coordination. QR-based scanning remains an app-side flow rather than a web dashboard feature.
Partner dashboard access is limited to approved owner and manager accounts. Internal CouKey staff use a separate login path so operational access and audit access stay separated.
Owners can request collaborations with other stores, review incoming invitations, and coordinate shared event coupons once Coumates workflows are enabled.
The same management model can later extend into a native owner app while keeping web as the first implementation target.
